Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PromptRaptor browser extension, related websites and any services or features provided through them (collectively, the “Service”) operated by PromptRaptor Enterprises, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By installing or using the PromptRaptor extension, creating an account, or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What PromptRaptor does

PromptRaptor helps you improve text prompts for AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and others. You highlight a prompt in your browser, send it through the extension, and our backend returns a rewritten version designed to be clearer and more effective.

We do not provide the underlying AI models you use (for example, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.), and we are not responsible for their responses or behavior.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are able to form a binding contract with us under applicable law, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Free usage and credit packs

When you install the extension, you may receive a limited number of free rewrites (“Free Credits”) to test the Service. We may change or remove free credits at any time.

Ongoing usage is based on paid credit packs (“Credits”). Each rewrite request sent from the extension typically uses one credit, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product.

Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are tied to your PromptRaptor account or browser profile as implemented. Credits may expire if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service after providing reasonable notice.

4. Pricing and payments

Pricing is displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) on our website and inside the extension. We may update prices, introduce new packs, or run promotions from time to time. Any change will apply prospectively and will not affect packs you have already purchased.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (for example, Razorpay or similar providers). By making a purchase, you also agree to the relevant processor’s terms and policies. We do not store full card or UPI details on our own servers.

Refunds

Because PromptRaptor delivers digital services instantly, all sales are generally final. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using purchased credits, please contact us at support@promptraptor.com with details. We may, at our discretion, issue a refund or credit adjustment.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose, including harassment, hate content, spam, or misinformation.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the extension, API, or any part of the Service, except where allowed by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use PromptRaptor to generate content that violates the terms of the AI platforms you connect to (such as OpenAI’s or Anthropic’s usage policies).

You are responsible for how you use the rewritten prompts and for any outcomes resulting from the AI tools you run them through.

6. Intellectual property

The PromptRaptor name, logo, extension code, website design and other related content are owned by PromptRaptor Enterprises, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the extension in accordance with these Terms.

You retain any rights you have in the prompts you submit and the results you receive. We do not claim ownership of your prompts or outputs.

7. Data and privacy

Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you agree to the Privacy Policy as well.

8. Service changes and availability

We are continuously improving PromptRaptor and may modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We will try to provide reasonable notice if we make a material change or discontinue the Service.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. There may be occasional downtime due to maintenance, updates, or outages with our infrastructure or third-party providers.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that any rewritten prompt will achieve specific business results, sales, conversions, or performance outcomes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptRaptor Enterprises, LLC and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and discontinuing use of our website.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, or created risk for other users or for us.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California, USA, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we may provide additional notice (for example, in the extension UI or on the website).

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
