PromptRaptor is a platform where you can write and submit prompts, participate in weekly contests, and win prizes through our raffle system. You earn coins by completing daily tasks, winning contests, and engaging with our platform.

Click the "Sign Up" button on the homepage. We'll send you a magic link via email. Click the link to verify your email and create your account. No password needed! You'll also need to review and agree to our Terms & Conditions to complete the signup process.

No! PromptRaptor is completely free to join. You can participate in raffles, contests, and daily activities at no cost. You can also earn coins and cash them out without paying anything. We offer optional premium tiers with enhanced benefits and higher earning potential, but they're not required to play or earn money.

You must be at least 18 years old to use PromptRaptor and participate in raffles. This is a legal requirement for prize-based contests.

There are many ways to earn coins:

• Submit Prompts: Each approved prompt earns coins (5-25 coins depending on your tier)
• Daily Free Coins: Log in daily to claim free coins
  • Streaks multiply your rewards: Day 1 = 20 coins, Day 2 = 40, Day 3 = 60, continuing through Day 10 = 200 coins
• Contest Rankings: Place well in weekly contests (Prompt Champion, Quality Champion) to earn bonus coins
• Raffle Wins: Winning a raffle gives you prize coins
• Milestones: Achieve platform milestones for bonus rewards

You can use coins to:

• Enter raffles (each entry costs coins based on the raffle tier)
• Cash out for real money (minimum is 25,000 coins = $5)

Your daily free coins streak increases each day you claim your daily free coins. The longer your streak, the more coins you earn per day:

• Day 1: 20 coins
• Day 2: 40 coins
• Day 3: 60 coins
• Day 4: 80 coins
• Day 5: 100 coins
• Days 6-10: Continue increasing by 20 coins per day (up to 200 coins on day 10)

Your total from a full 10-day streak is 1,100 coins. Missing a day resets your streak back to Day 1. Log in every day to maximize rewards!

Yes, earnings from PromptRaptor are considered taxable income. We're required to issue a Form 1099 for annual earnings of $600 or more (federal requirement). Earnings from cashing out coins and raffle prizes combined contribute to this total amount and may trigger an account verification requirement if the total amount exceeds $600 in a year. Please consult with a tax professional about your specific tax obligations.

You can cash out your coins through the Cashout tab in your dashboard. Available packages:

• 25,000 coins = $5
• 50,000 coins = $10
• 250,000 coins = $50
• 500,000 coins = $100
• 1,000,000 coins = $250

Requirements: Email verified, and you can request one cashout per 30 days. All cashout requests are subject to review to ensure compliance with our terms of service.

All cashouts are processed via Stripe Connect. You can connect your bank account to receive direct deposits. All cashout requests are reviewed for compliance and account verification before being approved.

The minimum cashout amount is 25,000 coins, which equals $5 USD. This is the smallest available cashout package.

Cashout processing typically takes 7 business days on average, with premium tier members receiving priority processing for faster transfers. All cashout requests are reviewed for compliance before processing. You can track the status of your cashout request from your dashboard.

PromptRaptor does not charge fees for cashouts. You receive the full amount requested with no deductions. Stripe Connect (our payment processor) handles the transfers at no cost to you.

Identity verification is required for cashouts and prizes of $600 or more, in accordance with US federal tax law and financial regulations. Some states may require KYC verification for lower prize amounts. Verification:

• Protects both you and PromptRaptor from fraud
• Ensures compliance with financial regulations
• Is used for tax reporting (Form 1099 for $600+)
• Only needs to be completed once

Once a cashout request has been submitted, it is generally non-reversible. Should you need to request a change or cancellation of your cashout, please reach out to our support team. However, we cannot guarantee the possibility of the change or cancellation once the request has been processed.

If your cashout fails:

• You'll receive an email explaining why
• Your coins will be refunded to your account immediately
• Common reasons: invalid bank info, account closed, or connection issues with Stripe Connect
• Update your bank account information and try again
• Contact support if the problem persists

Cashout requests are subject to a thorough review process to ensure compliance with our terms of service and to prevent fraud or system abuse. Your cashout may be rejected if:

• Your account shows signs of suspicious activity or terms violations
• Multiple failed cashout attempts from invalid payment methods
• Your identity verification is incomplete or failed
• Account has a history of chargebacks or disputes

If your cashout is rejected, your coins will be refunded to your account. In cases of suspected violations, your account may be suspended. Contact our support team for more information.

Each raffle runs for a designated period. You can enter by paying the entry cost in coins. Each entry gives you one chance to win. When the raffle ends, we randomly select a winner from all entries. Winners are announced within 24 hours.

Yes! You can buy as many entries as you want to any raffle. Each entry costs coins and gives you an independent chance to win. More entries = higher odds of winning.

Winners are selected using a cryptographically fair random selection process. Each entry has an equal chance of winning, regardless of user tier, account age, or when you entered. This ensures transparency and fairness in every raffle draw.

We offer different raffle tiers with varying entry costs and prize values. Your account tier determines which raffles you can enter:

• Bronze Raffle: Entry cost: 250 coins | Prize: $5 Gift Card | Available to: All users
• Silver Raffle: Entry cost: 500 coins | Prize: $15 Gift Card | Available to: Raptor tier and above
• Gold Raffle: Entry cost: 1,000 coins | Prize: $30 Gift Card | Available to: Velociraptor tier and above
• Platinum Raffle: Entry cost: 2,000 coins | Prize: Premium items (up to $500 value) | Available to: Apex tier only

Higher tiers offer higher entry costs but also higher reward values and exclusive raffle access.

When you win a raffle, we'll notify you via email with claim and redemption details. You have 7 days to claim your prize through your account dashboard. Prizes not claimed within 7 days will be forfeited and recycled back into the prize pool. The redemption process typically takes a few days or less to complete. We run three types of weekly contests where you compete with users in your subscription tier for bonus coins:

• Prompt Champion: Submit as many quality prompts as possible. Your ranking is based on the number of approved prompts. Higher-tier users earn larger rewards.
• Quality Champion: Your ranking is determined by the quality score of your submitted prompts (evaluated by our custom quality review system). Higher-tier users earn larger rewards.
• Offerwall Champion: Complete as many offers as possible. Your ranking is based on the total coins earned from completed offers. Higher-tier users earn larger rewards.

All contests run Sunday to Saturday and are tier-based so you compete fairly with users of your same subscription level. Winners are announced automatically every Monday and bonus coins are credited to your account.

We use a custom quality review system built into the prompt submission process. Each submitted prompt receives a percentage-based quality score. These scores determine your overall ranking in the Quality Champion contest. Unlike Prompt Champion and Offerwall Champion which are tier-based, Quality Champion includes all users competing against each other regardless of subscription tier.

Yes! Every submission counts as an entry:

• Prompt Champion: Every approved prompt submitted = 1 entry
• Quality Champion: Every prompt submitted = 1 entry (ranked by quality score)
• Offerwall Champion: Every completed offer = 1 entry

All contests are tier-based, so you compete fairly against users in your same subscription tier. Focus on quality to maximize your rankings and rewards!

The top 10 ranked users in each contest tier earn bonus coins every week. Reward amounts vary by placement and by subscription tier - paid tiers (Raptor, Velociraptor, Apex) earn significantly higher rewards than the free tier. Winners are automatically notified via email, and coins are credited to their accounts every Monday. You can view the specific prize amounts in each contest tab of your dashboard, or check the Past Winners tab to see all previous contest rankings and results.

Go to the Settings tab in your dashboard where you can:

• Set or change your username
• Update your email address (requires verification)
• Manage email preferences and notifications
• Cancel your premium tier subscription (hassle-free, no questions asked)

All changes can be made easily and securely from your Settings tab.

Yes. Go to Settings and scroll to "Delete Account". Note that this action is permanent and will remove all your data. Any pending winnings or coins will be forfeited.

We collect: email, username, payout method, and activity data (prompts submitted, contests entered, raffles played). We DO NOT collect social media info or personal identifiable information beyond what's required. See our Privacy Policy for details.

In Settings, click "Change Email". We'll send a verification link to your current email. Click the link, then enter your new email. We'll verify the new email before making the change.

Yes! Cancellations are hassle-free with no questions asked. You can cancel anytime directly from your Settings tab in the dashboard. Your premium access will continue through the end of your current billing period, then your account will revert to the free Hatchling tier. Please note that no refunds are issued for unused days.

Monthly subscription pricing:

• Raptor: $5/month | 1,000 daily coin cap
• Velociraptor: $15/month | 2,000 daily coin cap
• Apex: $30/month | 5,000 daily coin cap

All subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime in your Settings. Your access continues until the end of your billing period after cancellation. When upgrading from one paid tier to another paid tier, the cost will be prorated based on the number of days remaining in your current tier's subscription renewal date.

No! All tiers (paid and free) are able to earn coins, participate in contests and raffles, and request cashouts without paying anything. Premium tiers offer higher coin reward amounts and earning limits, making it possible to earn more - but they're completely optional. You can use PromptRaptor and earn real money with just the free Hatchling tier.

Yes, you can downgrade your subscription anytime in the Settings tab. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. You'll lose premium benefits after the period ends.
